Job Title: Mobile Swim Instructor

SwimForLife Academy is looking for passionate and experienced swim instructors to join our team! We are seeking mobile swim instructors who can provide high-quality swimming lessons at clients' homes and community pools.

Responsibilities:

• Teach private and group swim lessons to clients of all ages and abilities

• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans based on each client's goals and needs

• Ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment for clients

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of clients' progress

• Communicate regularly with clients and parents to provide feedback and updates on their progress

Requirements:

• Previous experience teaching swim lessons and/or coaching swim teams

• Strong swim skills and knowledge of various swim strokes

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and community pools within the Triangle area
